「We stayed in the family cabin and it was fantastic. It was very clean and quiet. Appreciated the delivery of kcups and snacks for breakfast. And also glad they have wonderful laundry facilities. Location is great with town a close drive for restaurants and groceries. The cabin is very removed which was wonderful. Highly recommend.」

「The bed was comfortable and clean. The furniture needed to be replaced as it was worn out. The bathroom needed a good, deep cleaning. The location is nice as it’s right by a grocery store and within walking distance to a few restaurants. They offer a pool and hot tub, which would be a great amenity, but was not in working order when we arrived. Breakfast offered multiple options. The staff were friendly and helpful.」

「This is an iconic building in Eureka. I have lived in Eureka for 20+ years and recently sold my house to travel. Needed to tie up some loose ends and found that the Pinc inn was available, how could I not. So happy I got to see this building on the inside, it is absolutely stunning! The current owners have created a super comfortable environment, the beds are amazing! No other hotel in Eureka comes close to this place. 「I liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially with my bags to the 2nd Floor. The room was clean and modern, though the carpets weren't so nice. Shower and bathroom was very good. And the room had a refrigerator which I needed.」

「The area around the hotel has deteriorated a lot since I was last in Arcata, and if full of homeless people. The hotel has no parking, though on-street parking is fairly easy, but limited to 2 hours. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite, however it had no refrigerator and no microwave. Oddly, it had 2 TVs. The included breakfast was very, very basic.」
