「Everything about our stay was excellent, but the best part by far was Tyler, the innkeeper. Kind, attentive, excellent communication and an amazing chef. We loved having breakfast with the other guests each morning, sharing delicious food and stories of our respective adventures in the redwoods. The ocean views are incredible and the bed was extremely comfortable. 10/10. 」

「You might want to bring your own coffee maker for the mornings however, quiet, wonderful, inviting. Simply the best getaway that's tucked away. The calm this beautiful place holds is grounding ❤️」

「This hotel hasn’t been updated in a looooooong time. So some things were missing, like USB charging or even outlets on each side of the bed. The furnishings were also very out of date. That said, if you don’t care about the looks, the furniture was plenty comfortable, everything seemed clean, and the location is good. It’s a perfectly adequate hotel and the distance to Jedediah State Forest is unbeatable.」

「I don’t like checking in on the Kiosk. If a human staff member hadn’t been there it would have taken a long time. I’d rather have the human touch to ask about restaurants and areas we should see. The room was nice and the view of the ocean was amazing.」
