The hotel was wonderful! The rooms were clean and the whole place is quiet. Breakfast was a good standard continental breakfast! The only downside was the thermostat didn’t really work. Otherwise we absolutely loved it!

Love coming here when we visit the Redwoods. The hotel offers a pool which is awesome for my kiddo, and Crescent City is walkable to a point, plenty of dining options available nearby.

The staff was very professional. The manager Brittany Jenkins was helpful in helping us change the room and providing refunds of two nights we booked thru Expedia for the room we originally stayed. Rooms and amenities have been upgraded and are very clean. We had a very rest here

Interesting having a power outage for a few hours with kids but not the hotels fault. Front desk staff was AMAZING and so kind during check in and any other interactions I had with her.

Went to check in and they checked in someone else into my room, then was given a different room, it was moderately clean, and the walls are so thin and everything is so loud. Pool was dirty hot tub was green. way over priced for quality

We stayed here for one night, passing through Crescent City to visit the Redwoods on a road trip. It met our basic needs. Right off the main highway, it was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was ok. We don't think it looked like what is posted on the website but I think it is def the better hotel compared to the other ones in the area. It could use a little sprucing up. Close to Jedediah Smith SP and Crescent City Beach Overlook. We were going to use the hot tub but it looked questionable, the water was green. We ended up just using the sauna for a short time. Pool was not heated. The breakfast was typical. We think the view from the breakfast area was the best part of the stay.

It was the advertisement of a pool and hottub/sana that madr this the one for me....BUT the both pool and tub were disgusting water. Smelled like moldy, allgy water that was brown in color. There were no towls in any of the lool areas. The breakfast was good but they ran out of food quite esily.

Overall, this was a nice hotel. The breakfast was good - waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, breads and bagels, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee. Beds were good. It was a bit expensive. And the toilets and sinks were very low.
