I will stay here every time I return to NYC. It's a beautifully maintained historic house in a quiet, gorgeous old New York neighborhood only 2 blocks from 2 main subway lines. Our apartment (APARTMENT!) had a separate bedroom, huge bathroom and spa shower, and faced on the leafy and quiet back garden. The third floor is NOT for folks who can't carry their luggage up stairs but we were fine! We had one request and our messages were responded to quickly and politely. Loved it.

Hotel was super clean. Staff was wonderful. Nice variety for breakfast and very good coffee. easy access to the subway. Not in the best neighborhood but didn’t have any problems whatsoever. Water pressure was fantastic and very hot water… Will definitely stay there again

We stayed overnight during the week between Christmas and New Years Eve. The price was very affordable and parking was on-site. It was easy to find, the staff was amazingly friendly, and breakfast being included was a definite plus.. it included hot items like bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. The suite with kitchen and pull out couch was very comfortable for our family of 4. Applebee's does the room service but only until 11pm. There is a DD around the corner as well. It was a little tough to walk to...

We stayed at this hotel for 18 nights. The neighborhood is iffy but the hotel is top notch and you can really see that the owners , managers and staff really care about their place . Rosas at Park is their In-house restaurant and everything we ate there was delicious. We loved the spinach salad with filet mignon and had it multiple times. It’s top-tier, once you get inside!

Ok let's get into it!! Let's start with Cynthia who works the front desk (I think she's one of the leads)! She was dope! (For those who don't understand the lingo lol) she was amazing!!
Super professional extremely pleasant and welcoming and very helpful!
The decor of the hotel is not your average decor! It's gives a bit of tribal history from the works of art throughout the hotel! It gives Dominican culture as well with a splash of the Dominican salons!

The hotel was as advertised. I loved the layout and the comfort of the bed. By far the best thing about this property is the easy access into the city. The bus stop is a short walk (3 mins) from the entrance of the hotel. It’s a short 20 to 25 minute ride to the Port Authority and you’re in the heart of the action. It was a grueling decision trying to figure out where to stay for our first trip to New York City but I’m so glad that we decided on this property. It was nice to leave the hustle and...

Very clean hotel. The rooms with water view have a great view of the NYC skyline and the Hudson river. There is a paved walkway along the waterfront that is handicapped accessible right next to the hotel. The hotel is walkable to a few restaurants and grocery stores. The breakfast is limited, but available daily. Coffee available 24 hours. I would stay there again.
