「The STAFF! We loved the staff and all of our interactions with them! They’re the most friendly humans :) the coffee machine in the lobby is also super fancy and I had the BEST hotel coffee I’ve ever had (and that’s a huge compliment because I’m super picky with my coffee). We felt super safe and comfortable here for our quick 2 night visit over the weekend. Thank you and we will be back!!! 」

「The front desk staff set the mood for the stay and they were wonderful especially Lois. Our room was on the 8th floor east side with view of building across the street. Room was clean and very comfortable. Convenient to restaurants, the arch, in downtown so walking distance to local attractions. 」

「Their rooms were very nice and clean and well put together in their design. However, the beds and the pillows were not so good. Our pillows were so flat. I have severe neck pain and was not able to sleep comfortably the three nights we were there. We could not get comfortable in the bed. We tossed and turned all night. It felt like we were thinking in the mattress. It was very uncomfortable.」

「Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. 」

「It was easy to make tge reservation. As soon as we got the room and told them the shower knob didnt work we had a new room immediately. The view was beautiful and it make for a comfortable time altogether. I will be using this hotel again!」

「Yes the area isn’t the greatest, but it’s just what’s typical of large cities. The hotel itself is amazing and clean. The valet staff and hotel staff were all very kind. 」
