「I arrived and the room we were assigned was not up to par did not smell clean furniture was in very poor condition toilet was leaking. This hotel needs a whole renovation you are charging premium prices and your hotel does not meet the standards! Pictures are deceiving, They were able to accommodate us to another room that was in better shape. I did give hotel staff 5 stars for taking care of us. Hotel is not worth the money we paid unfortunately.」

There was hair inside the refrigerator, dirty pillowcases, dirty linens, mold on the shower curtain, spiders, dead insects on the ceiling, and yellow and brown stains on the towels and bedding.
