「The property itself was very clean, modern and very nice. The bathroom was spotless, and the linens lookked new and fresh. The room was spacious and quiet. I would give this property 5 stars except i had to wait over 5 minutes at checkin for someone to actually come to the front desk (approx 9pm), and i asked for a late checkout and was told it would cost $30 extra dollars for a noon checkou! (checkout is 11) I travel a lot for work and pleasure, and I have never been charged for a late...

「I had my elderly parents with me and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate them. The grounds are magnificent and the pool area was very peaceful and enticing. Thank you Hara’s for the wonderful stay. 」
