「Overall, we had a good stay. The staff were very helpful. Upon arrival I was able to check-in early. However, I was asked about noise due to construction. We had 2 French bulldogs with us. I thought we chose the room with less noise -we did not. Every morning we heard banging. It sounded like it was coming through the roof at one point. I inquired about a better view when we arrived. There wasn't a room available. I was told they would reach out to me the next day because there would be a room...

「One of the umbrellas by the pool was being held up by a tree twig not even a metal pin to safely secure the umbrella. The restroom at the pool really need to be cleaned every hour and for as much as drinks and food cost at the resort they surely do have the finances to hire someone to clean them properly. The water in the tub drained really slowly and the mirrors in the restroom were not cleaning properly.」
