「I booked a $450 + / night room in January for a mid May stay with my wife. We were there to see Sting at the The Pavilion in The Woodlands so the venue was worth the extra costs to us. Unfortunately, when we arrived to check in I was pulled aside and informed by the Operations Manager they had overbooked the hotel with a convention and I no longer had a room. Needless to say this was a huge disappointment and shock. I was told they were going to refund my room 100% and they had reserved a room...

「Tammi at the front desk is amazing. She is so friendly and really cares about her guests. She went out of her way to help my husband and I out when we had an issue with the guest in the room below us. Great location. Highly recommend.」

「Clean. Breakfast limited. Coffee wasn’t great. But for the price definitely a good place to stay if you’re not too picky. 」
