「It was extremely nasty. It was blood on my pillow. The sheets were stained and dirty. The restroom was dirty. The maintenance man came in the room to give us extra sheets to change them and he had an older. I don’t mean any disrespect. He appeared to be a homeless man. It was so filthy.
