「The accommodations were clean. The linens and bedding were clean. The staff was helpful. The only complaint that I have was they were a little bit chintzy on the coffee and the cups left in the room. Other than that our stay was excellent and great. The continental breakfast was fantastic. This location is beautiful. A lot around the area within walking distance.」

「Excellent stay at the Hyatt Centric The Woodlands! The room was modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the biggest advantages was the location. It’s conveniently located near the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, making it perfect for concerts and events without dealing with a long drive afterward. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are within walking distance as well. Highly recommend...

「Tammi at the front desk is amazing. She is so friendly and really cares about her guests. She went out of her way to help my husband and I out when we had an issue with the guest in the room below us. Great location. Highly recommend.」

「liked all the trees. Room - mould in the bathroom tiles. Coffee machine to get hot water did not work. I had to ask housekeeping twice to get a new one carpets look old and dingy Back table restaurant, the worst service in my mind for a Hilton curio! Breakfast - cold oatmeal I will not stay here again.」

「Hot tub does not work, per the man at the counter, it is been out since last season and yet to be fixed. Some lights in our room flickered leaving a poorly lit room. Tub faucet made a horrible noise when turning on/off and the tub itself had very poor drainage. Ice machine did not work. Both mornings, I had to find and notify staff the most of the breakfast items were empty and needed to be refilled.」
