"Air conditioning was broken in our king suite and the hotel was booked solid but they gave us a standard double queen and bumped the reservation from a guest who hadn’t checked in yet (poor folks). When we got to the room, one of the beds had already been slept in but we had no other options so we slept in the other one. If you like a nice hot shower, let that dream die here, the water doesn’t get very hot and there’s not enough water pressure to even make it to the shower head. There is a $100 a night price difference between the room we paid for and the one we had to stay in so I’m still trying to get that back. I forgot to mention that it was Spring Break. There was literally someone outside throwing up in the parking lot and a couple on the other side yelling at each other and pretty much everyone was half naked and it was only 7pm so kids were still coming through the lobby which is crappy. I’m just surprised, I definitely wouldn’t expect this from a hotel like Hyatt Regency. "

"Great staff from the front desk to the kitchen. Everyone including Reggie was friendly. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean. Bed was clean and comfortable."

"The hotel was clean inside and out. Rooms was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options and they changed daily. The Texas shapped waffles were a hit. The pool was a bit on the smaller side but worked for us. Staff was helpful when we needed them. "

"The room I originally booked was not available even though I booked about 45 minutes prior to my arrival. The room I was given was filthy the sheets and pillows were dirty and smelled very strong on marijauna. I requested another room and was given a perfectly cleaned fresh welcoming room. Wish they had given me the second room the first time so I could give a better review."

"The internet and parking was good. However, there was a long straight hair on the bed underneath the cover, unfortunately the fridge wasn't working, and there wasn't a iron and ironing board. However, I did get accommodated with a another fidge.and and with a iron and ironing board. "
