My favorite hotel ever booked on Expedia. When I get into the room, I saw a handwriting letter from manager with my name on it, which make me feel so welcomed and respected!! Also, All snacks and water in the room are complimentary(free) in the room. In addition, because I have gold status on Expedia, so I got $25 credit to use for food or beverage. Guess what? Since the snacks and water are for free in the room and breakfast is free too. I didn’t have a chance to use that $25 credit. I would...

Wonderful experience. Great way to spend an anniversary. Please add a bit more to your review. What this isn’t enough? How many words do I have to write? I am about to write a bad review for Expedia.... this is ridiculous. Still want more info? Ok.... how much wood could a wood chuck, chuck. As much wood as a wood chuck could chuck. Peter piper, picked a pack of pickled peppers. I bet brad’s wife from Cracker Barrel and her 11 years of faithful service who was fired unjustly, would not make me...

My husband and I are local to Houston and decided to stay the night after a night of fun downtown. The hotel was at a great location and beautiful inside. We enjoyed the room, the bar and the view. We did not park here due to parking being very expensive but in a downtown metropolitan that’s to be expected always.

The hotel staff is the best. Their pool and common areas are inviting. Walking distance to the House of Blues, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, Discovery Green Park, great food and close access to the metro.

Having a free shuttle to MD Anderson center was important, and we did not expect a private car with a nice caring driver to take us and pick us up. The valet service staff are why we will return, they were so kind and helpful each day during our week stay. The room was comfy, pool and gym wonderful and the Terrace 54 restaurant staff and food were awesome!

I travel extensively, and in West Houston this is where I like to stay. A bit larger than a boutique hotel, and close to Galleria and across from Uptown. One thing you will notice - the hotel is quiet and the rooms are well appointed (a bit of old school decor) and very "roomy." Granduca suites have a full kitchen and room to spread out. Staff are exceptional - they train their people well - and all are very courteous. Pool area is nice. Workout area could be bigger. A touch of class - a...

Accidental stay, thanks to flight cancellation. After a miserable evening at IAH standing in long lines, my wife and I gave up trying to get a hotel voucher from Frontier Airline, and picked this hotel on Expedia. We were tired.
This hotel was clean and well-mannered. Both evening and morning staff were courteous and efficient, and the breakfast better than average. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Did not use the exercise room or pool. Pool looked clean, but is right next to the parking...

Much nicer than I thought it would be. Clean, modern, big bathroom, comfortable bed, pretty good hotel breakfast, underground parking was nice because you stay dry loading up in the rain.

We enjoyed the location. At checkin we were told they did not have the type of room available that we had booked but they up graded our room and gave us a free breakfast for the two of us. We will definitely stay again. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
