「The bathroom was dirty unpin arrival but the nice ,helpful,and thoughtful men at the front counter(he had dreads) came and refresh the bathroom so we can at less use it.I really appreciate him doing that.The next day I called front desk trying to explain the situation because he told me to request room services for a complete cleaning of the restroom.As I was explaining the lady on the phone didn’t even let me finish and just interrupt me.I thought that was rude of her.The room services came she...

「Started off a little shaky! No one at the front desk and the phone was ringing off the wall, however the daughter of the front staff was there and contacted her Mom who arrived quickly. She sincerely apologized for the delay. We checked in and moved on with our stay. Our room was clean and plenty of towels and washcloths but no bath soap! The pool appeared clean and well maintained.
