We were out there on a official visit for my daughter. Soon as I walk at the front desk the young man I think his name was Joshua he was a PVU student. He greeted me with a smile and I asked him about prairie view as I checked in. He went above and beyond to tell me everything about the school the area the hotel amenities and everything that I could have asked him, he answered.. His service level is on 1000!! Excellent employee give that man a raise!!!

La habitación es bonita, limpia y amplia. El desayuno tenía buena variedad. El único detalle fue que no limpiaron nuestra habitación entre noches y eso me molestó un poco. El hotel está en un sitio alejado de la ciudad, pero es conveniente si vas a ciertos sitios (nosotros íbamos al festival Renacentista, a una media hora del hotel).

Facility was ok, but upon arrival we were told our king suite was given to someone else, even though we had our reservation for 2 weeks. We had to stay in a 2 queen room with no sofa, were not offered any explanation, sympathy, or reimbursment. Also, we had to ask twice for towels and toilet paper.

We really enjoyed it. The only thing I was disappointed in was there was no chair to sit in. And the sheets didn’t really fit the bed, but the bed was very comfortable. People at the front desk were exceptionally nice.

Pre honeymoon

My husband and I had a wonderful experience! The bathroom was absolutely stunning, and the bed was very cozy! The reason I gave 4 stars is for personal reasons. My husband checks every hotel or motel room we stay in to ensure there are no cameras or devices, because unfortunately, you never truly know what to expect these days. I didn’t particularly like how the front desk manager handled the situation when my husband accidentally triggered the fire alarm. I feel like she could have managed that much more professionally. Aside from that, our stay was absolutely fantastic!

The room, although clean, did not have hand soap at the sink and also sufficient coffee cups and coffee. Also the landline phone was not working. I tried call the front desk multiple times on my cell phone and there was no response.

Do not book here!

We had a very early morning arrival due to a flight delay. We were put into the wrong room, which was fine, but later that morning as we had the “do not disturb” sign on the door, the guy at the front desk (who worked a later shift) tried to enter our room without knocking as there was confusion with the staff that the room was occupied. He called the room a few minutes later and I asked him if it’s policy to just open a room with the DND sign on the door. He said he knocked - not true - and apologized rudely and frankly just didn’t care. This hotel is not worth staying at.. do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Shower stains

The overall stay was nice. My only complaint is in regards to the condition of the shower. It had numerous mystery stains in various shades of brown. I hope that at some point the shower is either replaced or refinished.

Great service but…

Customer service was absolutely amazing. Room was nice. However we did encounter bugs. (Cockroach) I went down to the front desk and reported it. Asked for cleaning spray which they did provide but that was it. I hate bugs and panic. My husband killed it and cleaned.

For the most part, the property is clean and the stff seemedfriendly. Somehow we ended up in an accessible room, but that was no biggie. I did not like the condition of the towels. They definitely need to invest in new towels. Also, there was no body wash in the shower. There were 2 shampoos and a conditioner. But I always bring my on in case. And lastly, we needed the couch-bed, but there was no pillows or blanket in the room for the couch.
