"Save your time and money. This location is disgusting and smells like death. We noticed a musty funk while walking to our room. Once we opened the door the smell of death was overwhelming. We immediately checked out. Jacqueline-Nicole explained that this is common and she has no idea what house keeping is doing. Jacqueline-Nicole said this happens frequently and she's embarrassed. She explained that she was going to process a return because of our horrible experience. The reimbursement was never processed. A After calling a couple of times its clear the team is also clueless.
