「Our air conditioner never shut off. No matter what the temperature was. There was NO cold water at the sink, only hot. If you wanted cold water, you will have to get it from the tub.」

「multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. 」
