This is a wonderful and affordable option in Brenham. The rooms have been recently renovated and wood floors have been installed. A good parking lot that is well lite. The pool is very clean with a security fence. TV reception and channel options (Direct TV) are great. The rooms are extremely large and very quiet.

Overall decent hotel. Only complaint is I had hoped that they had more than a small bar of soap in the shower. Did not have small shampoo/body wash bottles.

The lady at the desk was very rude and not helpful. My Mom and I are both disabled and we were put in the very back section of the hotel on the second floor so it was a very long way to walk. (Even though they had been notified) Also the handicap parking spot on our side of the building had pallets of something covered with a tarp in it so I had to park way on the other side of the buildings. The room itself and the cleaning staff were fine. No complaints about the room itself.

Newly remodeled. Elevator access to second floor. Friendly staff. No continental breakfast but coffee was good enough for me. Just a few bucks more than other value hotels and well worth it. Well lit parking lot. HEB grocery store across the freeway and plenty of nearby dining options. Just a couple miles from historic downtown area.

Dont let the name of the hotel deter you from staying here. It’s quiet, clean and staff were very accommodating. The facilities are newer and up to date. I stayed here about 5 years ago and it was just as nice then. No noise from the upstairs, no trash lying around the parking lot, just clean and comfortable.
