「It exceeded our expectations」

「You could not call the front desk from room」

「Close to everything. Quite and convenient.」

「Nice」

「The lady at the desk was very rude and not helpful. My Mom and I are both disabled and we were put in the very back section of the hotel on the second floor so it was a very long way to walk. (Even though they had been notified) Also the handicap parking spot on our side of the building had pallets of something covered with a tarp in it so I had to park way on the other side of the buildings. The room itself and the cleaning staff were fine. No complaints about the room itself.」

「I didn't like the property. I was in the annex, the front side entrance door was broken, I had to enter around the back side where it was secluded and dark. When I entered to annex, it smelled, the drink machine there was broken with a handwritten sign on it, and it was not well maintained. The hallway smelled, and there was obviously a problem with the room across from me because there was a rolled up towel shoved between the door and the carpet. My room was ok, but there was a dead...

「The room and building was extremely dirty. For the price I paid, I expected so much more. Due to how dirty the room felt, we ended up leaving and never stayed in the room, ultimately wasting the money we spent on a room that we never slept in. Highly disappointed.」

「The room was not very clean. There was toothpaste splatter on the sink and Faucett. When I turned down the bed sheets, a chip wrapper fell out. The tv did not work at all. It smelled musty.」

「Awesome place to stay, very clean and well manicured property. So quiet and peaceful and the bedding was so comfortable! This place has everything you need, we will stay here again without hesitation.」

「Great stay!」

「Beautiful, spotless historical home. The bed in the Blue room was extremely hard. Might want to add a pillow topper. The landscape needs a lot of work.」

「Room 1 : furniture and bathroom shower poor, toilet not flushing properly was reported and taken care of. TV had black lines on screen. Refrigerator froze drinks. Lamp shades cracked, lighting bad also curtains. Room painted. Room 2: Leak under sink, refrigerator not working, lamp shades cracked, curtains, issues with door lock and room painted........ Pictures still show a pool, that has been covered up!!!!! GOOD thing beds sheets were nice and clean! Property in bad shape.....」

「I understand stand this is a lower priced motel/hotel however doesn’t mean that it needs to be disgusting. The hallways smelled horrible, the rooms dirty and disgusting with the carpet soiled. The blow dryer was broken and the sheets torn. We were so grossed out that we walked around the room with socks and shoes on. I’m scared that I might be bringing bed bugs home with me. Americas best, you mean Americas worst.」

「The room was clean, comfortable and quaint. It was perfect. Tyronne, one of the owners, was genuine and kind. We truly enjoyed our stay.」

「So relaxing」

「Cute property - definitely a girlie place.」
