"Pool was closed, ice machine wasn't working, water was turned off for plumbing work, noise from renovation was loud, showers were tepid. None of these were disclosed when I made the reservation, which was only a few days before the stay."

"Next to compressor in the wall noisy hotel was empty so why not a better room."

"None of the appliances were working well. AC was not working. The shower was slippery and had a dangerous fall as the water was clogged and then drain was choked. The toilet had stains. Very unhygienic. "

"Had to change rooms because tv didn't work. Internet was spotty at best. Have stayed here many times so it was a little disappointing."

"The staff were really great! The hotel itself including the room was very clean. The only thing I could say was uneasy was the location of the pool, where it’s openly exposed to some of the rooms. A one way mirror or shade of some sort would help in the pool area."

"It might sound petty, but I was pretty bummed out that they had no regular cream or 1/2 & 1/2 with their coffee, just flavored Coffee Mate crap and only had artificial sugar as well."
