"This is a lovely boutique hotel with an old charm. Room and bathroom were very clean and room was cleaned everyday and new towels given. Convenient location, close to many restaurants, theaters, shopping and the subway. Safe area one block from Times Square."

"Elias at the desk was the most wonderful human being. He was so kind to my son and his first trip to NYC. He made it very special and personalized just by chatting with him and making a sweet King Keegan note on room key envelope for our King sweet. Just made the check in process a very pleasant one. He made an 8 year olds visit feel special and with a sprinkle of magic. We will be back for his bday in September and hope to see Elias again!! "

Great recommendations from the concierge for lunch. Prompt room service whether it was for bubbly, bandaids or extra pillows, they were right there!
