「My family and I traveled from GA, and decided to book a room at this hotel. My parents were not happy with the shower curtain that was short in length. As they took their shower, the shower linen was too short so water protruded out the shower onto the floor. So with this happening, my parents noticed that the tile close to the bath tub/shower was weak. Also, while taking their shower, the shower board was weak and squeaky. The room number was 305. 「This was my family’s first stay at the Bella Vista. We were pleasantly surprised. It was a charming hotel with great amenities. It seemed like it was a refurbished older hotel so if you looked beyond the bling, you could tell it was an older lady. But for the price, it was excellent! I gave it only four stars because there definitely needs to be some upgrades to the carpet in the hallways. And a few other maintenance things that could be upgraded. I do wish there was an ice machine on our floor...

「No breakfast as advertised, No restaurant and lounge. Staying in town, it’s always nice to stay in and have what you need. Had planned to stay a week, but only stayed the one night.」

「This property did not feel safe compared to others in the areas. Very run down with dirty bedding. Breakfast looked like they just kept reheating items from the day before that no one got. I will not stay here again and would caution others who think that the closeness to LU make it a good choice.」

「The room was dirty! Bathtub had water and hair in it! I had to drain it! Mirrored closet doors, mini fridge and microwave were covered in fingerprints and had not been wiped down. Old food was on the floor. The bed squeaked everytime I turned over.」
