"My shower had hair and dirty in it. I am a VIP member and I had to keep asking for a wine bottle that should have been in my room upon arrival. The staff were horrible didn’t want to help and always gave me the run around. The hotel food was even worse. "

"Location is good. Staff is not helpful at all. I asked for help with applying the hotel discount to the parking and the guy in the front desk said that he could not help that I needed to check with someone in the parking lot and literally pointed me to the door. I probably won’t be staying there again. "

"Pretty close to the port, but did not have later time slots for shuttle to the port. Everything is within walking distance, which was nice. They lose out on cleanliness, the bathroom wasn’t clean to my expectations and the whole floor smelled like onion or BO."

"The staff at yve was friendly , the rooms were clean but a bit on the smaller side and the washroom was tiny . The area was good, bayside market was across the street . Overall great place to stay if you’re catching a cruise . "
