「Friendly and helpful staff」

「Most fantastic hotel for last night before early morning flight. Loved everything about it. New pool was amazing. Staff were incredible, Sofia so helpful and friendly. Home cooked meal for dinner. Early morning shuttles with coffee and croissant se were too early for the Buffet. Couldn’t recommended this hotel more. a+++」

「It is a great hotel! Very spacious room and comfortable bed. It is not close to Palermo downtown (need an hour train) but just 20 mins walk to a beautiful beach or just 5 mins walk to an average beach. For us just spent two full days in beaches so no problem with a little remote from downtown. Do call the hotel to arrange pick up in the airport as the city taxi is much more expensive.」

「First I want to say is that this was the warmest reception and most welcoming experience we have had at any hotel! Amazing location and parking wasn't too hard to find but we did get in early. My complaint is not with the hotel but with the advertisement of some amenities advertised on Expedia, there is no hotel parking, valet parking, nor a pool and no spa treatment in thetraditionalsense. There is a hot tub and sauna that needs to be pre-booked which we did not use. The honesty bar and...
