"The staff was great. Kelly (manager) greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. He was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean. Beds were comfy. Plenty to do for the family. Parking was easy and plentiful. Plenty of dining options if you prefer to stay in. Will definitely be visiting again!"

"Not at all like the pictures on the site. Run down, room had a cup on the floor, drapes had bright pink stain, no cover on fan in bathroom, no light fixture cover in room, hair dryer didnt work, furniture had gouges. Doing some renovations on our floor and laying carpet. Carpet was too wide so the edge rolled up on the sides. Had to step over it to enter the room. "

"The staff was very friendly, as long as you have a crate for your fur baby, they can be left in the room while your away from the room but must be in the crate when you’re not in there. Property was clean. Room was clean. No bed bugs, no bugs at all. Beds were comfy. The breakfast next door was very good also! "

"I didn't stay they gave me a room on 5th floor with non working air when i had messaged them about a bottom floor and shower chair for my special needs son. I didn't even get offered any other room. So I checked out the same day and had to get another room elsewhere that would accommodate my family"

"The room was clean and basic. The hot water was out for 2 of the 4 day stay. I would not recommend the complimentary breakfast, the milk was curdled and the mini muffins were rock hard…"

"Out of all the hotels I have stayed at in Pigeon Forge, this one is definitely the most bang for your dollar. Having the value of breakfast, dinner, and snacks, and three adult beverages every night included in your stay goes a long way. The room was clean, and the staff was nice. My only complaints are that when you book a top floor room, it doesn’t really guarantee a good view, but that’s okay. Also the room walls seemed thin as I could hear everyone talking around my room, but it was nice! I would stay here again. I had a good stay!"

"This was a very nice clean hotel as well as wonderful large room and very comfortable bed.Perfect view from the balcony as well. The breakfast was excellent and offered more than your typical complementary breakfast such as bacon and potatoes. Perfect area and loved the hot tubs . I recommend this hotel"
