"The Cheshire is in a class by itself. The halls and sitting areas are so full of history and there’s an ambiance that we just love. Our suite, Treasure Island, was amazing! Large, clean, luxurious and cozy with a beautiful fireplace and large jacuzzi. We had a delicious dinner at the Basso, relaxed in the very British, cozy Fox & Hound, enjoyed a coffee at the Tudor styled Starbucks and as always, enjoyed breakfast beside the fireplace. We loved our stay! "

"Great place to stay. Every employee was so polite. Indoor outdoor pool and jacuzzi, both worked very well no issues. Free dinner and drinks 530-7 and breakfast in the morning all included! Also an onsite restaurant/bar that stays open until 11 pm on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Also a little market with snacks for purchase. 10 out 10 for our family and we will be back! Great location for shopping and dining. "

"Yes Balcony have a refreshing skyline. Air conditioning is quiet and keeps the rm cool and heated its offen not used because the rm holds good temperatures. Staff is very considerate and respects your space. Rm are well maintained, Very quiet safe establishment."

"Excellent customer service at the front desk. Stopped by the front desk around 11pm and the gentleman was helping multiple customers. While quickly assisting the customers, he made a personal connection with each guest. He said his name is Famous Amos! It’s this type of service that brings customers back. The room was very clean. I would return to this location."
