「I want to say the staff at Douglas Inn and Suites was amazing. We accidentally left a full duffle bag with shoes a phone clothes and money in it. We didnt realize til we got home to Michigan. We are so appreciative to the guest who turned it in and the staff that mailed it!! Thank you so much!! Will be forever grateful!!」

「Let’s just say we left to go home after driving hours already. Air conditioning unit was so dirty when you put it in it smelt so bad, the refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, everything was filthy. Non smoking but pot filled the air with other guests who were loud. The hall to go to the room smelled like dog piss. You are warned now to stay away. 」

「The room and beds were clean and comfortable. However the room door didn't close and latch on it's own weight and had to be pushed or pulled closed. It took a very long time to get hot water for a shower. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with general choices.
