"Great location 3 mins from the tram stop. All of the staff were extremely kind and they care a lot about their hotel and providing a sustainable stay."
"We had a great stay!
The rooms were clean and neat
Staff was, friendly and always had a smile, we were made to feel we were priority
Breakfast was amazing and plentiful.
We will definitely be back "
"The property is perfectly located for the Grand Bazaar. Its literally a 2 minite walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants with trams running regularly. The hotel is new been there about 5/6 months old so freah and clean. The guy's on reception were very helpful.
The room itself was clean and comfortable only downside is no table or chair in the room so you have to sit on the bed "
"Perfect location to get to the grand bazaar (5min walk) and blue mosque (10 min walk) . The Hotel itself is very clean and staff are very friendly. The breakfast has a great verity of food, tea and juices. Local food places to eat are very reasonably in cost too. Will definitely be our favourite place to stay when coming again. "
"Very clean hotel, and it is in the perfect location for Istanbul!! The train is right across from it and it was very easy to move around the location. Customer service was really good and the breakfast was amazing!!! So happy I found this hotel. "
"Hotel is next to the main tram line T1 in Istanbul which is a tourist godsend and 10mins easy walk to the nearest M2 metro station. Grand Bazaar a couple of hundred yards away and most of the main tourist attractions are at most 10-15mins walk from the hotel - or 2-3mins on the T1.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Only slight downside was that the breakfast could have been more plentiful"
"We were looked after very well, the first night I found the area a bit intimidating but got used to it and thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the breakfast was very nice. I would go back there x"

Crowne Plaza Istanbul - Old City by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"It’s good but there is some negativity in the room like there is spiders and ants food is good condition is excellent service is amazing "
"Stayed for 5 nights together with my 17year-old daughter, first-time sightseeing tour in Istanbul. Wonderful hotel, amazing food, helpful staff, clean, best possible location for sightseeing and public transport...has a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room - all included, our room was quiet, no complains... can certainly recommend as a great family-friendly hotel."
"It’s always a pleasure being in Sultanhan Hotel.
The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what this hotel makes it special.
Overall outstanding experience, especially with their friendly staff."
"Everyone was helpful and friendly. Good recommendations for sites and routes. Lovely breakfast, with peaceful view of the sea from the terrace. Close to everything in the old city. "
"The hotel was behind a main street, but not noisy. very close the tram line, walking distance to the main attractions of old town, and close to the metro line. The hotel itself was great value, had all the things we needed and was clean. Courteous staff. The breakfast was fresh and simple but effective to get the day going. Our particular room on the 3rd floor had a boring view that looked out to the walls and roof of a next-door building but actually ended up great cos there were neighbourhood cats lounging on it and provided great entertainment for the kids. Would recommend. "
