This was our third stay at Hotel Momento, and once again it fully met — and even exceeded — our expectations. Each time we stayed, the room was perfectly clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Comfort and cleanliness are clearly a priority here. The staff deserve special praise — they are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help. From reception to the restaurant, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with good variety and fresh ingredients, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We also chose to have dinner at the hotel, and it was absolutely worth it — the food was tasty, well-prepared, and beautifully served. Special thanks to the chef and the waiter for the excellent dining experience. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a warm, cozy, and homely atmosphere. We truly felt at home, which is something very special — and it’s the reason we keep wanting to come back again and again. We also used the hotel’s taxi service to and from the airport, and it was just as excellent as the hotel itself: safe, comfortable, reliable, and stress-free. Overall, Hotel Momento consistently provides a high-quality, welcoming, and comfortable experience. We can wholeheartedly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next stay.

In general the hotel is good because I’ve been there before. My only issue is the Wi-Fi kept on playing up and as a family man in a foreign country I don’t like that especially if I’ve paid for my time to be there.

Nice hotel not that nice area

Staff working at this hotel is very helpful. Lady cleaned our room every day and even changed the sheets during our 4 days stay. Breakfast was good. The only downturn is carpet so dirty :(

Located in very noisy, busy area and not having any parking spaces unless you pay 10 euros per night and not to mention you have to live the area with your car before 10am and not be able to get back your car to parking space before 9pm, located in restricted area due to lots of wholesale businesses around.room was located in non smokers floor but smells cigarettes all the time

The food from the restaurant disappointed us. Had very little taste. Obviously the Hotel was aiming at providing international cusine, but this was below standard. Also, breakfast had little variation during the week.We had excellent food in nearby local restaurants. The Hotel should consider this, because apart from breakfasts, there were hardly any person eating lunch or dinners there.

Das Hotel war ein sauberes Hotel. Die Bahnstation war wenige gehminuten entfernt. Das Frühstück war auch gut aber leider nicht immer ausreichend. Das Personal tagsüber war recht freundlich aber ein bisschen aufdringlich. Das Nachtpersonal war nicht zum gebrauchen. Sie konnten weder fragen beantworten noch uns bei Problemen helfen. Beim auschecken haben sie uns nicht mal verabschiedet, den sie waren gereizt weil wir fragen stellten, die sie nicht beantworten konnten weil ihr englisch sooooo schlecht war. Sollten keine Probleme entstehen, die vom Personal erledigt werden müssen, ist das Hotel nicht schlecht

Buena relación precio calidad

Nos asignaron una habitación con una pequeña ventana que daba a una escalera de emergencia, luz y vista cero. solicité el cambio y me lo dieron a la mañana siguiente. Habitación cómoda, cama confortable, buen baño, limpio, desayuno 6 puntos, para mi gusto faltaban frutas, omelette o huevos revueltos sólo a veces, quesos muy salados. Ubicación correcta a 4 cuadras del tram. El servicio es un poco elemental y no hablan casi nada de inglés, es difícil comunicarse.
