「The property was in a good location and the staff was very helpful. They welcomed us with apple tea upon arrival and helped us book out airport transfers to and from the hotel. The hotel room was clean and functional and the breakfast was tasty. I would stay here again!」

「Das Zimmer war feucht, besonders an der Decke. Es war nicht sauber, und das Badezimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. Obwohl in der Beschreibung 20 Quadratmeter angegeben waren, war das Zimmer viel kleiner – nur drei Meter lang und anderthalb bis zwei Meter breit. Handtücher würde nie gewechselt. Ich hab einmal nachgefragt damit die mir das bringen die haben nicht mal gewechselt. Wir haben kein Frühstück gesehen, und es wurde auch nicht erwähnt, obwohl es laut Beschreibung inklusive sein...

「This was a pleasant and comfortable hotel with good staff. And lovely Restaurant next door. The beds are rather hard. The hotel organised an expensive trip on the Bosporus. Coming back the guide was unhelpful with our disability and lost us which left us with a very difficult journey back to the hotel.」
