This is our third time at Niles. We have traveled all over the world, and it is our favorite hotel. What makes Niles special is the personal touches and attention to detail. Staff is exemplary and helpful, and the breakfast is something to look forward to!

Lovely hotel in great location reminiscing to more glorious days in the past. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly and there is an excellent breakfast service on the rooftop terrace, which also functions as a 24 hour bar. The terrace has views to the Bosphorus. With 2 minutes to the next tram station and close proximity to major attractions, the hotel is a great starting point for many Istanbul excursions.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great rooftop cafe serving delicious buffet breakfast and drinks in the evening. Lovely Ottoman style lounge to relax in downstairs. The hotel is very central and within easy walking distance of the historic centre and easy access to transport to other parts of the city. We had the standard rooms and while not particularly large, were ideal for our needs.

Good location and decorated with local personality, but what makes this hotel special is the manager, the staff and their helpfulness. We arrived very early off a cruise and expected to simply be able to drop off our bags. However, as our room was available, we were able to check in and freshen up, and was even offered breakfast. The hotel also helped us clear up some confusion with a local tour operator, and even gave us snacks for the road when we left for a very early flight.
