"Hotel is very convenient to Grand Bazaar and Tram transportation. Many Restaurants are close by. Breakfast was very repetitive and not that great. Frontend staff Sezgin was awesome and provided excellent support and service! appreciate that!"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly : tee and coffee on demand during the day and at night. Our room was small but comfortable. Good for budget travellers. The area around the property is quite safe and lots of affordable shops and restaurants. Good food. Breakfasts were very good."

"A great place to stay. My 3rd time in Istanbul and i will definitley come back to Sura again. A beautiful courtyard makes this place rather special. Specious rooms, well equiped gym (although a proper spinning bike would have been a good addition), nice breakfast with a wide choice of food for any taste. But especially i would like to mention the service. It was impacable. Any request was dealt with promptly with politness and profesionalism and a big smile. What not to like. "

Hotel very well maintained and very quiet because it is located in a small side street. However, we did not get our bottle water and coffee replenishment in our room 2 days in a row.
