Great location & friendly staffs

This boutique hotel is only about 10 mins from the biggest attractions in Istanbul. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The staffs were super helpful with my food delivery especially as I arrived at the hotel late at night. The warm hospitality certainly made up for the slightly weak shower nozzle.

My mom and brother stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Their room was always very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team took great care of them throughout their stay. The transfer service was reliable and punctual, which made their stay much easier. A very special thank you to Gamze, who prepared breakfast with such kindness and attention. Her warm attitude and excellent service made their mornings truly enjoyable. We also appreciate the front desk team for being helpful and welcoming throughout their stay. Thank you to everyone for providing such excellent hospitality

Das Hotel ist sehr alt unter Denkmalschutz. Daher muss man ein paar Abstriche machen. Aber das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück war einwandfrei. Und für Istanbul ziemlich ruhig zum schlafen.

Very well located a few minutes walk from Beyazit tram station, allowing easy access to main sights of Istanbul. Very reasonable and had a family room. Daily room service and towels though the attention to detail on cleaning was obvious and by the end of the trip, cleaning was minimal and only towels replaced. Rooms also smelt of cigarette smoke. Air conditioning worked well. Safe box in room but electronic mechanism did not work so had to use master key. Breakfast available and free of charge but very simple, and the eggs were soggy and bland. The rest of the breakfast was lacking in taste and variety. Staff members very friendly and made lots of effort. No lift so had to lug heavy luggage up three floors with tight stairs. The staff did offer to help but it is not ideal. Bizarrely, every night dozens of deliveries of clothing would be sent in boxes to the hotel and sit in the lobby then be emptied out overnight. Not really sure what was going on. However at this price point, if you are on a tight budget and need a place to stay for a few days, this is doable but you may find it better to spend £20 a night extra to stay somewhere a bit more upscale.

The breakfast had fresh options and healthy ones too. They provided drinks and snacks to us. We received an upgrade to quite a big room. We found shops in the area. The room was clean. The staff were all fantastic! The only concern we had was the ‘Istanbul night music’, which might affect your ability to sleep, horns, people talking loudly, carts etc.

Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen für einen Istanbul Besuch. Die Organisation des Transfers hat sehr gurtfunktioniert. Leider hält der Komfort nicht was er verspricht. An einem Tag hatten wir kein Wasser und an einem anderen nur kaltes Wasser. In einem Zimmer war die Duschstange nicht mehr vorhanden im anderen Zimmer ist sie so tief montiert, dass es nicht möglich ist stehend zu duschen. Die WC Spülung funktionierte unzuverlässig. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde nur sehr spärlich nachgefüllt. So dass wir bereits 30min nach beginn des Frühstückes je nach Tag keine Teller, Messer oder Brot mehr hatten.

Reception and check in was great. The room was horrible. Very dirty, shower leaked all over the floor, TV falling off the wall, bed was literally flat. Reception area dirty and filled with packages. We had to check out after the first night. The area of the hotel was in the heart of the bizarre area and attractions. Working on my refund now but reception was understanding and did not dispute us having to leave

Staff was very kind. Hotel room was tiny with no place to hang up or put away clothes. Shower had black mold. Breakfast was fine. I did not get one night of decent sleepsince the other guests were so loud. I also suspect that guests were smoking in their rooms, as I could smell smoke in my room at night.

When I get the reservation, I was looking and trusting the pictures but those are not in real time. Pictures were taken in ages ago and the rooms are not maintained. The frames of the door are loose, the shower door missing the knots, the clogged drain. I stayed for 10 days, bed sheet were not changed even once. I have to ask for the chambermaid to do the bed and we’re not do it just take the bedspread and put it over. Really the hotel was in bad shape. In the morning, at 8:30 am, dining room was full of dirty dishes on all the tables. You have to move by yourself to get a table. They just take when breakfast was over at 10 am. The staff was generally gentle, even if they didn’t speak English, the take Google translate and they get the message. I won’t recommend

3 étoiles juste parceque le service était bien.

Le personnel de l’accueil est vraiment très aimable et serviable, et nous avons même eu droit à un petit gâteau de bienvenue, ce qui nous a fait très plaisir. Merci beaucoup pour cette délicate attention. Cependant, voici les points que nous avons moins appréciés : 1. Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées sur le plan acoustique. On entend beaucoup le bruit de la circulation et des conversations à l’extérieur, aussi bien le matin que le soir, ce qui rend le sommeil difficile. 2. L’entretien de la chambre laisse à désirer. En dehors du lit (qui n’était pas parfaitement fait) et du changement des serviettes, le ménage semblait incomplet. Même nos verres à café n’ont pas été remplacés ni lavés. 3. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner n’était pas très satisfaisant. Le pain était de qualité moyenne, il n’y avait pas de vrai café (seulement du café instantané à diluer dans de l’eau chaude), et le service manquait d’efficacité. À plusieurs reprises, il n’y avait plus de couverts, plus de pain, et les tables n’étaient pas débarrassées. Le personnel, malgré les caméras installées, ne venait pas spontanément, il fallait les appeler à chaque fois.
