「Our stay was great. Fast and easy check in. Property is wonderful, restaurants are available with live music and friendly staffs. Very spacious living-room with kitchenette, regular size refrigerator and separate bedroom. I wish I stayed longer. Chairs & umbrella is available with reasonable fee. The draw back is you have to use stairs to access the beach. I have difficulty using stairs. There is an elevator but a bit like maze to access it. 」

「This was a great option for my family of 4 (including 5 year old and 1 year old) so we could enjoy the beach. Kids loved the mini water play pad area (it does appear that some of the pipes could use an update). Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, but very tight with 3 rows of tables plus the food. Not very ADA compliant, but great food options and beverages, consistently restocked throughout the service. 」

「Great hotel and right on boardwalk. Very clean room and housekeeping was great. The bar and grill on property was excellent and prices were very reasonable. Didn’t drive for the 5 day stay, within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and activities. To walk down the entire boardwalk took about 25 minutes. Will definitely be staying again.」

「This is a very reasonably priced hotel in a great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach. We considered it clean, a bit outdated, and it would be nice if they had a couple showers available closer to the beach. The cleaning crew was very friendly, but could definitely be more organized, as they didn’t seem to understand when to clean the room or give privacy; there were a couple times that they tried to enter early when we were sleeping. 「The Avenue Inn and Spa offers all the amenities that your family will need at a beach location. The hotel is also walking distance to the boardwalk and beach.
