「Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. 」

「The staff was wonderful but the resort itself was poorly run. The resort is advertised as a vip resort. We didn’t receive anything for being vip platinum Expedia members. In fact the reception desk acted like they have never even heard of Expedia vip. I had to show them on my phone. The kids were only allowed to eat in one restaurant. There was a $10 charge for room service even through their website states $5. The air conditioning hardly worked. I called about it the first night and waited 2hrs...
