"Rooms were clean. Design of rooms were calming. Floor to ceiling curtains add verticality and height giving the feeling of grandeur. Great room color palette to calm jet lag for travelers. Meditative.
Staff were courteous, attentive, and professional. Good was fresh every day.
Communication was great. Requested double twin bed in advance and was promptly fulfilled. Also asked for ironing board and was given right away.

Easy walking distance to restaurants, cafés, the main sights and public transport easily available to those that are a little further out (e.g. Schönbrunn Palace).
