「Overall is good. Staff are nice and friendly. Near city centre, convienent. The cleaning services were not as good as expected. Despite having come into the room every day to tidy up the beds and other facilities, rubbish left on the table and other areas were not tended to as expected.」

「The location is perfect, very convenient for public transportation and all kinds of shopping malls and restaurants nearby. The staff is very kind and helpful. We met small unexpected problem and they showed very professional attitude and fixed it by the most reasonable way. And the room with city view can catch amazing sunset scenes. 」

「The room and the linens are clean. A tram station is 4 minutes walk from the hotel, and 5 minutes for a metro station. Cons: There is only 20 cm between the toilet seat and the sink. We only found 3 sockets for charging smart phones, and only 1 of them is at the bedside. I found the sofabed not so comfortable. 」

「The location is fantastic. Not far from the main attractions but without the crowds. Surrounded by great local bistros and restaurants. We stayed in the smallest room but it's still spacious enough for us to open two luggages on the floor. The bathroom is compact and well designed. The snack/drinks bar on the mezzanine floor is great. We also found the staff there very helpful and nice. Overall a very pleasant stay.」
