Our stay was excellent. Great location that was walkable to a variety of restaurants and many of Vienna’s top attractions (minutes from the concert hall and the opera house). We had a comfortable, well-appointed and nicely designed room. Informative, friendly and attentive staff who provided excellent service and many recommendations that were spot-on. This is a lovely small hotel with very nice staff, nice rooms, a lovely quiet spa, and amazing restaurant. It is close to all of the attractions and transportation. I wish every hotel experience could be like this. The staff are so lovely, accommodating, informative, and friendly. The interior is a refined touch of elegance and simplicity. The breakfast was worth it for me because I didn’t have to think about where to eat and it filled me up the whole day until dinner. I also highly recommend dinner at Glasswing…What an amazing experience.

Beautiful hotel, rooms and spa. Staff was wonderful. My only complaint was the noise on the front side. 2 train lines run almost constantly. One of the lines is very squeaky and loud. We would have liked to sleep with the windows open but it was much too loud. I would absolutely recommend this hotel but not a room on the front.
