Poor customer behaviour

Comfortable and quiet hotel conveniently situated opposite the train station. However, the staff are the most unfriendly I have ever met! A customer checking in at the same time as us was treated so badly only because of her poor English comprehension that I just wanted to leave. The breakfast was rather uninspiring, especially for a vegetarian. The staff walked around in an old jeans and t-shirt and looked like he had just woken up.

The hotel is a great location right by the main train station, by Belvedere Palace and close to tram and metro lines to get around. The room was really spacious, clean, nicely furnished, the balcony was a nice addition and the bed was ridiculously comfortable! The shower room had a really nice powerful shower. We were able to check in early to the room which was much appreciated after the sleeper train as it meant we were able to get a full day exploring in feeling refreshed!

Nothing special to recommend the hotel, it seemed understaffed and check in was not good, a long line, then the keys did not work for the rooms, not just me but others had the same issue. It is convenient to the Central Train Sstation and the U Bahn as well as being walking distance to the Belvedere.

Good location for Vienna main station with airport n other cities connection. The hotel name is a bit confusing as it’s now under the Garner Chain but yet it’s more like a family run hotel. Got one bottled water in room on arrival day only, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The reception is in need of updated renovation. But the staff was ok and friendly and quite clean as well. Air conditioning works well and balcony door can be opened. Room is small and shower/bath tub is stuck in a corner making space very tight! Hairdryer speed is very low!
