Location Location Location it doesn’t get much better than this. Walkable to everywhere you need to see. Room was spacious with large beds. Breakfast was really good and staff very friendly and willing to assist. Overall a great stay was only slightly disappointed by bits of uncared for walls and shower screen. But this didn’t detract from the great stay we had. Would definitely return.

The staff were not the frinedliest, also there was construction inside the hotel for couple of days which started around 8 in the morning. It was very inconvenient when you want to sleep on your vacation. Other than that the roon we had was the bigest room we have ever had in Europe with a small kitchen even which was great. The overall hotel was great.

This was one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The room was just what we needed. I have to say (other than 1 amazing resort holiday in Croatia) that is the second best breakfast buffet I have ever enjoyed. All the extras they put out is so very kind and much appreciated. Hotels often just put out the basic straight from the supermarket packet cheap rubbish, but this hotel wants you to enjoy fresh crossaints, beautiful cake, chocolate eggs for easter, probiotic yogurts, bacon cooked properly and kept warm, 3 kinds of eggs, I could go on, it was absolutely fantastic. The one thing that loses marks, and this is such a shame to find a negative at all, but my room was cleaned/fresh bedding/towels just once in a 5 night stay (when I asked at the desk on the 3rd day why nobody had cleaned yet, that's the one time the room was then cleaned). Disappointing but all in all I am still absolutely happy and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Vienna. Location PERFECT!!

A gem of a hotel. Great location with a lot of dining and shopping options all the way to Stephansplatz. 5 minutes walk to St. Stephen’s church-turn right when you exit the hotel lobby door. Shoutout to the housekeeping team for keeping the room clean, organized and providing a good supply of coffee and tea which were needed after a full day of activities. The lobby staff were wonderful in giving out needed information especially Marc who was very very welcoming. Definitely will stay here again!!!

We stayed here (my wife, my 2 year old daughter and myself) last week (January 2024) and it was a wonderful stay. The location does not get any better, it’s very easy to walk to almost all major attraction in Vienna, and it’s surrounded by really good restaurants. The staff were very friendly. The room we booked (we booked the executive apartment) was very spacious, extremely clean, and very quiet. I really can’t say anything negative about this place. Absolutely recommended!
