We’ve stayed here twice this year. Lovely staff who are always cheerful, friendly and happy to help. Central location for everything we want to see as new-to-Austria tourists. Clean, quiet and secure. Impressive building and well maintained. We can’t imagine trying anywhere else in Vienna.

The staff was very efficient throughout our stay. The room was small but it totally suited our needs as we did not spend time in our room but rather out exploring the city. This hotel is a perfect proximity to different tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is is an excellent location in the heart of Vienna's city centre (Zone 1), within walking distance of the Opera House, the House of Music, and many lively restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended.

The hotel is ideally situated in the old town and is a very short wall to some great restaurants and cafes and is also adjacent to the main pedestrian only shopping area. It is also a 4 minute walk from the the main stop for the hop on hop off site seeing bus. The hotel itself is very modern inside an older building. The rooms are of a good size and very comfortable. The staff, especially at the reception desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would chose the hotel again if staying in the heart of old town Vienna. The only slight inconveniences are that the hotel is on a pedestrian only street so to get a taxi later in the day involves a short walk to the end of the street.

This is an excellent hotel. Centrally based, clean, very comfortable beds (with a choice of pillows on offer if you want). I had a basic single room on the third floor and it was very quiet, air conditioning worked well, was quiet…and was able to remain on when you left the room which was very welcome during a heatwave! The towels and bathrobe were soft, plenty of toiletries and I also had a kettle in my room…the only thing really missing was a mini fridge but the bar is happy to provide ice for your water bottles etc. Breakfast was good and plentiful and best of all are the staff, all of whom I interacted with were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Breakfast choice was excellent with great buffet and choice of dishes cooked in the kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Superb location within easy walking distance of many sites such as the cathedral, Hofburg palace and museums. Short walk to public transport network. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most perfect stay at this hotel. The room was clean and beautiful with truly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in! The staff were so accommodating and made us feel very welcome! Particularly Nancy who was so lovely to talk to and very helpful. The location is perfect for seeing Vienna, I would really recommend staying here!

Great location! Rooms are large and clean. Loved this hotel and the location was perfect. Close to the main walking street , shops and sites. Don't skip the breakfast it was the best part of our stay. The food is so good, on top of the buffet you get to order off of a menu. Delicious!
