「We loved our stay at Fenwick Shores. It’s a nice quiet hotel and is within minutes of Ocean City. I felt extremely safe because you have to use your keycard to even use the elevators. Parking is on site, all the staff was friendly, and the room was clean! The ONLY complaint & it’s a really dumb one was the wifi was weak & phone service is bad. I think because I have kids & my grandmother is extremely sick it irritated me. Other than that we had an amazing time & will be back soon.」

「We arrived at the breakfast area at 9:20 and found there was no bread left. At 9:40, a staff member was already standing at the entrance, as if discouraging guests from continuing with breakfast. The breakfast options were extremely scarce, and well before the 10:00 AM closing time, quite a few items had already been removed. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.」

「Customer service is great and the front desk staffs the kitchen staff was well professional even with a lot of people during my stay and was demanding she was there the hotel is clean and well maintained I enjoyed my stay」

「The day I arrived and got to my room, I found the shower faucet was not working properly later. I turned, I pulled and twisted to the best of my ability and no water would come out. I reported it to the front desk. The next day I called and talked to Andre, the manager and he rudely said it was working fine and he would show me how to use it. 「No room service, parking is ample but was not enough to accommodate all of the guests. Swimming pool is terrible and dirty. Elevators are good and fast. No breakfast.」

「Love staying here and will return time and time again. The rooms are always clean. You’re right near the ocean. They give you free ice in a bag and coupon discounts to the local attractions. They could have a better selection for the free breakfast. They do need to maintain the properties a little better. For the price, just the bed quality and proximity to beach makes me super happy!」

「Love the hotel and how clean it is the staff is pretty nice, however disliked the pool because people comes from the beach to wash the sand off including their sandals, the hotel has two showers outside my guess if there is a line people won’t wait and they just come to the pool to rinse the sand off, there is no excuse for that I visited the beach and I rinse myself outside. Also hate the fact that the room doesn’t have rugs, and walking without sandals you feel the sand all over the floor I...
