「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. 「The facilities at this hotel are excellent! The entire hotel is clean and updated. The location is impressive. 」

「The room exceeds the way the inn looks from the outside. The inn was under construction, so there was a lot going on, but the check in was smooth and staff was courteous. Once we got our room, it was like being in a different world. Room was spotless, smelled good, and it seemed so much newer than the hotel itself. Overall it was good.」
