「We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. 「Realmente supero las expectativas, el Servicio nos atendió muy bien, muy amables y dispuestos a hacer de la experiencia algo muy bueno, el servicio de Desayuno excelente con buenas alternativas para comer las veces que uno quiera. Todos trataban de hacer de la estadía algo memorable, se agradece el upgrade de habitación sin haber solicitado explícitamente. Lo Recomendaremos! 」
