"The customer service is exemplary. An older hotel but clean with lots of towels and beach chaise chairs and umbrellas on the beach every day. Every person you pass says a friendly greeting. Pools are cleaned of sand daily. Free trolleys take you where you want. I would go there again without hesitation. "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Ranch. The hotel is
kid friendly
and hope to bring our daughter again soon. My only complaint is the noise at night. Not a huge problem but the walls are thin and you can here your neighbors- especially if they are up super late. Other than that, the gold was fun, food was delicious and the massages were amazing!"

! The hotel itself is older, the rooms have had a facelift. The beach is within walking distance and the hotel has everything you may need for a day on the sand! Boogie boards, chairs, towels! The staff (shout out to Patrick!) were great and the breakfast was a nice little touch! We will be back."

"Great little motel in Laguna Beach within walking distance to beach and town. We wanted an easy staycation where we could park by our room, bring our own drinks to the pool and walk to restaurants and the beach. The Tides checked all the boxes. We also had a kitchenette which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend if you want something simple and reasonable."
