"I feel very fortunate to have booked this hotel—it was my first time staying here, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. The location is excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room, overlooking the pool, was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. We stayed just one night on our way to Catalina Island, but I truly regretted not booking a longer stay at the Balboa Bay Resort. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a fun family trip, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."
