Very walkable everywhere on the boardwalk to The Wedge Park, took the ferry over to Balboa Island and walked around the whole island, the Pier is there with Ruby's restaurant at the end, a lot of food options around, a park next door. 「 Perfect place and room! A little bit noisy form outside AC or engines . 」

「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation.
