This hotel is extremely disappointing. During my stay, a housekeeping staff member entered my room without knocking while I was using the bathroom. This is a serious invasion of privacy and made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. The front desk did not take my complaint seriously either. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I think the hotel is more like an apartment style.The cleaning service is not daily, just for your reference. If you needed any supply, you have to call the service line earlier for them to prepare. Beside it, I think all other things are above average. Not a bad choice for a short trip.

I stayed in a king suite for 5 nights. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, I loved having a fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. I think my stay was well priced for all the amenities (also a pool and breakfast but I didn’t get a chance to enjoy those due to my schedule). The hotel is a great Orange County location - I spent a lot of time at Newport Beach and hopping on the 55 was very easy. I do wish the balcony was cleaner (I recognize that can be difficult w Santa Ana winds) but it would’ve been really nice if it was swept. The parking was a little confusing at first and it took a minute for me to figure out I can exit through rear gates and go directly to the lot, I think some instruction on that could be helpful and save energy/time. The staff was very kind, I felt comfortable in all aspects and - definitely would stay here again.

This property is in no way rated accordingly to its condition. It is terrible. Dirty, sticky surfaces, rough towels, stained couch. I attempted to get a refund through expedia and they denied it. Will never book through Expedia again, false advertising!

rm 137- so many ants, two phones have no dial tone, cannot call front desk, toilet easily clogs 3x, TV remote so hard to change channels, their remote batteries were taped at the back, their room smells like wet soiled , they need to shampoo their carpets, so dirty, many stained. their garden and hallways are very dirty, nobody cleans . breakfast so dried . rm 133- carpet smells wet soiled, dirty carpet, tv remote has taped on their batteries, so hard to turn channels, their lights flickering once in awhile, their garden has dog poops and hallways were so dirty. they need to really do a lot of work on their rooms and properties, they need to clean the garden like La Quinta. their breakfast were so dried and all the same daily and weekly. La Quinta has more choices of bread, cereals, bacon, sausage, banana, juice, toaster.

The room was very clean and the staff was definitely courteous and wonderful to interact with. Honestly I would give the hotel like a 3.7 if that were an option. My minor complaints come from a lack of information about the hotel itself. There was no "welcome informational binder" that most hotels typically have. No information about check out time, breakfast times, pool times, etc. There was also a limited amount of amenities within the room. Mostly just very minimal towels and no conditioner or body wash it's shampoo. These things are not necessarily complaints just things I noticed that were a little different than most other hotels I have stayed at. I would stay here again it is just worth noting they had less than most other hotels I am used to. I cannot stress enough though that the staff were very wonderful. Also I went on a run outside the hotel and the area seemed safe which aligned with what the staff told me when I asked.

Overall good but it’s time for a remodel. The toilets are so short built for toddlers!! Wallpaper in bathroom starting to peel. The blankets were shabby unraveling on edges and the curtains were torn both need to be replaced It was clean and friendly employees and breakfast was nice I think it was room 315

There were so many things wrong w the room I will never go back. A bright automatic "motion sensor" light went off if anyone woke up in the night to go to the bathroom. Even after maintenance came and "fixed it," it still went off. I finally had to unscrew the light bulb and put it in the bedside drawer to get any sleep :/ Toilet was clogged and didn't flush when we arrived. The sliding door to the balcony was stuck and barely/extremely difficult to open. Shower water pressure was super weak, and the water in the shower didn't drain well. After 5 minutes it started to pool in the bathtub and build up. Bathroom sink stopper did not work. They give you 2 towels if you ask for a full set. The neighbors in the next room were so loud and pounding on the walls the whole 5 days we were there, day and night, woke us up how loud they were. I can't even imagine what they were doing to make so much noise 24/7, was horrible and made our heart race. The POWER WENT OUT every day we were there if we used the microwave. The light on the microwave didn't work. Also no guide button on the remote, you have to flip through each channel to see what's on. The only thing we enjoyed was the breakfast. They make plate for each person, incl. pancakes, hash browns, scrambled eggs and sausage. With juice and coffee, was great. Rooms need so much work tho, and deposit is most we've ever paid $200!!! Crazy! Do not book here
