「Very friendly staff and nicely renovated rooms.」

「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in...

「環境乾淨 地點方便 但在高速公路旁邊 早上會被車聲吵醒 是唯一美中不足的地方」

「Overall it’s good, great location and quiet place, clean room」

「環境很好，住的很自在方便」

「room was clean and view from there was good. I checked in late and the receptionist came out from a room (may be he is in sleep mode). He checked me in a room for handicapped so I had to go back and asked for another one. He forgot to give me breakfast vouchers. Hotel is old and maintenance work is being done. Noise from work, and carpark exit was changed without clear guide.」

「I noticed hallways had quite a bit of debris and should be vacuumed more often」

「Nice,good!」

「This is a no-frills, basic motel run by a family that lives on site. The owner is very responsive to any requests for extra towels, key problems, etc. It’s right next door to a full-size grocery store. It’s freeway close to all sorts of great Orange County spots. I recommend staying at this reasonably-priced place so you can spend more of your vacation $ on adventures, shopping, and dining out rather than on an expensive posh hotel. Also, the beds were nice and firm.」

「The room smells too smoky」

「Of course, the photos of the place are way better than the reality of the room situation and the cleanliness. The room was riddled with black mold in the ceiling areas and along various walls in different spotted areas. The bedding had cigarette burns from other guests apparently that left holes in them, and the linens used were very scratchy, which made sleeping impossible. The AC in the room barely worked whatsoever and also gave no heating option available during the stay as it was very cold...

「good」

「都很完美，地點很棒，旁邊有 Denny 餐廳還有住宿折扣，唯一空調聲音有點大，但關掉也住的舒服」

「The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming! The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in was quiet, comfortable and spacious as well. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious! 10/10 would stay again.」
