「The room was clean, bed was fine for the price. Customer service was good. The office is always open and I unfortunately needed to bother them because I kept loosing my key. The only complaint I as that the lights are bright outside and the blinds don’t completely block the light. It’s not terrible, but did impact my sleep.」

「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in...
