The room smelled like urine. The parking area is super tight. You will be charged a resort fee but there are no amenities. The front night desk guy had a bad attitude when I was addressing the room smell concerns.

Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and walkable to Disney land park. Only problem can be some parking lots are congested and difficult to park. Other thing noted in our room was the bathroom exhaust fan could not take up the moisture and may be due to high pressure of the water from the shower.

Very clean and well maintained hotel, they offered daily room cleaning service, which is very rare these days. Front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. Conveniently located and within walking distance to the entrance of Disneyland. Lots of restaurants near by as well!

So with reading all of the reviews on this hotel I guess I expected more than what we got. This motel is probably one of the original motels built around the time Disneyland was founded, that’s not a bad thing but you can tell by how worn the outside and inside of the motel is. Rooms are tiny. They took the closest doors off trying to give you room for a mini fridge and mini microwave (on top of fridge) and a shoe hanger (torn) for storage. Out dated tiny coffee pot and no dresser! Instead is a tired old desk with missing pieces of wood on top and had 2 small drawers. Parking is “free” but you’re charged $15 a night for resort fees! They don’t even offer a continental breakfast and there’s a small swimming pool around the tightest “free” parking lot I’ve seen in a long time. My car doors and sides has Knicks from being hit by other cars and whatever else. I gave 3 stars because it wasn’t all bad. Location is right across from the Anaheim convention center, close enough to walk to Disneyland (after we found a place to park we didn’t dare move the car for the 4 days there). Beds where pretty comfortable which is important after a long day at the Parks. All in all it was a okay location. But with all the other options around the area I wouldn’t stay there again.

It was great. Customer service was good. Welcoming and kind. The parking is pretty hard to maneuver in. The bed lights in our room was not working. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Room was basic, but everything in it seemed updated. Room and bed was comfortable. Window view in bathroom had bobwires outside. Gentleman at the front desk was very polite & helpful. The location wasn’t as close as stated. It said an 8 min walk but was about 15 mins so if you wanna do some walking stay here. We Ubered and it cost about $9 each way. Outside the room you can hear guests talking and slamming doors. The horn from cars being opened wasn’t adding to the stay. Don’t bring a long car or huge SUV either because the parking is really tight even for my Camry.

The rooms are so clean and the staff at the front desk were so accommodating and kind. The bedding and bed are so comfortable. The offer coffee, tea and hot cocoa up front every morning and water all day. Plus free parking!

Clean room, easy check-in and check-out, and great housekeeping throughout the stay. It’s an easy walk to Disney. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s very clean and has everything you need. If you’re spending your days at the parks, you won’t be in the room much anyway. Comfortable beds, convenient location. We will stay here again.
